Parenting on a Prayer: Ancient Jewish Wisdom for Modern Families

Hosted By: The Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning

The Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Education presents a four-part course inspired by “Parenting on a Prayer,” in which Rabbi Amy Grossblatt Pessah draws parenting lessons from the Jewish siddur. Participants will explore how values like patience, love, and responsibility can guide child-rearing, through Jewish text, personal reflection, and conversation. Designed for cross-generational learning, this course invites parents and grandparents to study together, sharing insights from different life stages.
