How to Make Honey Apple Cake in a Mug

We know you are out there: those of you who hate to cook and bake. Or those of you who might be celebrating the New Year by yourself in a bit more low key manner. Or maybe you college students subsisting on microwave mac n cheese bowls.

But you still need your honey cake fix for the New Year, eh?

I am not the biggest fan of the mug cake craze, but I thought it was time I gave it a try with a new recipe for the New Year – apple honey mug cake made with just a few simple ingredients including one of those individual cups of applesauce. I know it might look a little funny, but I promise: it was super tasty. Especially with whipped cream or ice cream on top.
