Ingredients
- ½ shallot, minced
- 1 Tbsp chives, minced
- 1 Tbsp basil, chiffonade
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup schmaltz, warm
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small metal mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients. While whisking, pour in the schmaltz in a thin, steady stream. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Use promptly.
