DESCRIPTION:Temple Israel of Boston presents a community-wide Shabbat and Yom Kippur morning service\, deepening the themes of the High Holy Days: t’shuvah (forgiveness)\, t’filah (self-reflection)\, and tzedakah (acts of justice). The Torah reading from parashat N’tzavim in Deuteronomy\, chanted to a melody unique to the season\, affirms that we all stand as one and that the sacred lessons of Torah are within reach. The service will be offered onsite and online.
