Wise Aging through Jewish Mindfulness

The Institute for Jewish Spirituality presents a six-week program based on “Wise Aging” by Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Linda Thal. The course uses Jewish mindfulness practices to explore the later stages of life through meditation, reflection, and community. Participants will examine ways to meet physical and emotional challenges, deepen relationships, and cultivate joy, gratitude, resilience, and a sense of legacy.
