Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, and Spirit — Free Sample Class

Hosted By: Kabbalah Experience

Kabbalah Experience presents Wise Aging, an exploration of the spiritual, emotional, and relational dimensions of later life, inspired by the work of Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Dr. Linda Thal. Through reflection, guided meditation, journaling, and group dialogue, the program engages themes such as gratitude, change and loss, forgiveness, legacy, and the ongoing search for meaning, grounded in Jewish wisdom and shared experience. The series offers a supportive community and practical tools for approaching aging with greater awareness, purpose, and joy, with participants encouraged to read “Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, and Spirit” alongside the sessions.
