What Matters: Caring Conversations about End of Life

Shomer Collective presents the next quarterly “What Matters” program, a ninety-minute session guiding attendees through the process of creating an advance directive. Participants will learn what a healthcare agent is and how to select one, the importance of documenting their wishes, what Jewish traditions and teachings say about planning for end of life, and have the opportunity to ask their pressing questions. The session will not be recorded, to protect the privacy of attendees and allow for detailed questions.
