Hosted By: Jewish Collaborative of Orange County
Join a dedicated group of adult learners from around the country that meet weekly to study with an eclectic array of rabbis, artists and scholars. Details about upcoming sessions can be found in the link.
Today’s session will begin a series of exploration into the writings of several exemplary thinkers who have proposed models for understanding the complex relationship between Judaism and Christianity.
Paul of Tarsus was a highly influential theologian in the formative stage of the Christian religion. He is the author of the majority of the texts in the Christian part of the Bible. To prepare for this study session please read the following text prior to class: Romans 9-11, approx. 56 CE.
