Dr. Chaim Weizmann (1874-1952), was the first President of the State of Israel. He was the head of the Zionist movement for over 30 years, an outstanding scientist, and one of the founders of two leading academic institutions – the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot.
The home of Dr. Chaim Weizmann is a rare architectural gem in the Israeli landscape. In addition to the amazing architecture, while touring the house you will be introduced to many of the original objects that have been preserved for viewing. By becoming familiar with the house and its objects, you will learn much about Dr. Weizmann’s political and scientific vision, as well as details about his personal life.
