We will explore the city´s vast heritage, including one of the largest medieval Jewish quarters in Europe. Most modern-day Spaniards know little about their Jewish ancestors and traditions, but these are still alive in our surnames, sayings, customs, recipes, and sweets (including the marzipan, the most “Toledan” dessert of all!).
