Montreal Holocaust Museum Virtual Tour

Please join the Montreal Holocaust Museum on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 1pm for a unique opportunity to experience one of our virtual history tours, led by our own esteemed Museum guides. This event is in collaboration with the International Days of Peace and Montreal’s Journées de la Culture.
The tour will travel through four different sections. First, Jewish communities and culture in Europe and North Africa throughout the 20th century will be covered. Then, the European context before the war will be discussed, followed by a thorough explanation of the years of 1939-1945, beginning with the invasion of Poland. Lastly, time will be devoted to covering liberation, displaced person’s camps and importantly, the immigration of survivors to Canada.
