Unlocking Bedtime: Creating Jewish Rituals for Kids

Hosted By: 18Doors, Temple Beth El of Boca Raton

Join 18Doors Rukin Rabbinic Fellow Rabbi Greg Weisman and other interfaith couples with young children to talk about bedtime. We’ll learn about rituals, prayers and songs and discuss, in a totally non-judgmental forum, ways that you might want to bring a Jewish component into your child’s bedtime routine. There will also be the opportunity to discuss bedtime rituals from the background/culture/religion of the parent who is not Jewish. Couples will get to hear from other interfaith couples with young children dealing with similar challenges and blessings.

This event is geared towards parents raising Jewish children in an interfaith home. Questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out to Rabbi Greg at rabbigreg@18doors.org!
