Torah and Revelation: Perspectives from 3 Generations of Rabbinic Leadership

Hosted By: Congregation Beth Israel of San Diego

The notion of revelation is central to our Jewish tradition. The authority of the Bible, rabbinic tradition and Jewish law goes back to revelations God gave to various prophets, going as far back as to the giving of the Torah through Moses at Mount Sinai.
Join us as we honor the annual tradition of study on the festival of Shavuot (Tikkun Leil Shavot) and learn with and from our distinguished Rabbinic panel, sharing new insights and takeaways as we honor this annual time of receiving Torah. Led by Rabbi Emeritus Michael Berk, Rabbi Lenore Bohm, Rabbi Jason Nevarez and Rabbi Jonathan Stein. We will conclude our evening by lighting our Yizkor candle and joining in contemplative song.
