We are pleased to welcome
Ruth Margalit to our monthly Folio Literary Series, author of
In the Belly of the Whale. In Ruth’s new book, she profiles key figures from across the political and social spectrum—including Itamar Ben-Gvir, Yinon Magal, Mansour Abbas, and Yair Golan—reflecting on them from her perspective as a writer and mother living in Tel Aviv during a time of war.
Just two days after a fateful election in Israel, Margalit, together with Hilary Krieger, executive editor of JTA and the New York Jewish Week, will help us unpack the results and what they mean for the country’s future.
