The American Jewish Experience

Hosted By: Congregation Rodeph Sholom

American Judaism is a blessed and unique experience in our history. With freedom of religion constitutionally guaranteed and no restricting state religion, we have been able to forge a strong relationship with our heritage while earning rights and respect in this great land.

In their new anthology, American Jewish Thought Since 1934, Rabbis David Ellenson and Michael Marmur have crafted a volume of some of the most compelling and creative thinkers who reflect on this journey from 1934 to the present. Rabbi Robert Levine will interview these two great Jewish leaders and bring needed perspective to our spiritual, cultural, and social identities.
