The conversation marks the Canadian launch of the Last Chance Collection, USC Shoah Foundation’s initiative to collect testimonies of Holocaust eyewitnesses before it is too late.

Dr. Robert Krell, a child Holocaust survivor, is a psychiatrist specializing in treating trauma in Holocaust survivor families and founder of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Center. He is a pioneer in testimony collection in Canada.

Through our research, educational, and community outreach programs, the Institute harnesses the power of its archive of personal testimonies from witnesses to genocide in order to do our part to build a better world.
