She is a Tree of Life: Celebrating our Bodies, our Interconnection, and Tu BiShvat

Hosted By: Institute for Jewish Spirituality

Join the Institute for Jewish Spirituality on Sunday, January 24th for a half-day retreat dedicated to embodied practice.

On this half-day retreat, participants will engage in somatic movement, yoga, dance, song, art-making, breathwork, and mindfulness to nurture a loving and expansive relationship with the body.

In celebration of Tu BiShvat, the New Year of the Trees, participants will reconnect with the blessing of our organic embodiment and to the lovingkindness that flows like sap through our veins. Together, participants will invite the natural goodness and wisdom of our bodies to blossom anew as spring approaches.
