On Shavuot, we celebrate the giving of the Torah on Mount Sinai with special readings and late-night study. Join our clergy for this special virtual service and followed by music and back-to-back teachings about the holiday, mystic traditions and more.

7:00-7:30 PM Erev Shavuot Service: Join our clergy for a short service featuring special readings of piyyutim and from the Book of Ruth as we welcome Shavuot.

7:30-7:45 PM Shavuot Sing-Along with Canto Dan Singer: Sing-along with Cantor Dan Singer as he introduces soft and stormy melodies that express the unburdened ways of the righteous and the turbulent remorsefulness of the repentant.

7:45-8:00 PM Do First, Understand Later with Rabbi Ammiel Hirsch: The Jewish concept of nasseh v’nishmah (“do first, understand later”) is an ancient idea where Jews do the mitzvot first — and then study them.
