Science Under Attack: How Wokeism is Eroding Our Universities

Hosted By: Canadian Institute for Jewish Research (CIJR)

Hosted by the Canadian Institute for Jewish Research, this event will address the current crisis facing Canadian and U.S. universities, particularly elite schools. Jewish students are encountering increased antisemitism, especially since the start of the Israel-Gaza war, and the academic credibility of these institutions is being questioned as classical liberal values are replaced by “wokeism.” Noted anthropologist and author Prof. Elizabeth Weiss will discuss her experiences at San José State University, where her scientific research was halted due to conflicts with the prevailing ideological climate.
