Music as Midrash: Exploring the Tunes of our Tefilah (Prayer)

Hosted By: Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ)

Cantor Ellen Dreskin will lead us in a musical program on prayer, faith, God and spirit. Learn how and why a leader chooses and introduces new melodies. Experience a variety of contemporary musical settings and discuss how they affect our feelings about the words of the siddur, and the act of prayer itself.
