Making Hanukkah Cards with Kveller

Hosted By: Kveller

Help your kiddos spread Hanukkah light and love to family and friends near and far by making festive Hanukkah cards with Jewish early childhood educator and mom Lisa Dvorin from Make It Jewish!

They’ll enjoy a short and sweet card-making session — just enough time to make a beautiful card, hear about themes and traditions of Hanukkah, and get super excited to start celebrating the Festival of Lights! Great for all ages.

Materials needed:

Blank cards or paper that can be folded
Markers, crayons, and/or colored pencils
*Optional – construction paper, scissors, and glue

Whether you grew up observing Shabbat every Friday night, or had your first taste of matzah ball soup when you married into a Jewish family, there’s no one way to parent Jewish kids. Kveller is here to give you ideas you can run with–ideas for first-time parents, interfaith parents, queer parents, adoptive parents, and everything in between–with the hopes that you can find information and inspiration that is right for your family.
