Krav Maga – New Moves for the New Year

Hosted By: The America Israel Friendship League (AIFL)

2020 was a tough year but we are ready for 2021!

Join AIFL as we host an active Krav Maga demonstration and instruction with Zeev Cohen from Tel Aviv and Danny Zelig from San Francisco, California.

No need for any experience, just a willingness to learn. Explore something fun and active that will get your heart pumping, and your mind and body ready for the new year.

The program will include the following:
Demonstrating Krav Maga with “common objects”
Physical de-escalation of a situation
The philosophy behind Krav Maga
Demonstration of non-injurious techniques
