Journal Writing Immersive

Hosted By: Inner Judaism

Journaling is an activity that offers you insight into your soul, yet often, presents a challenge to many of us. This workshop session will encourage you to experience journaling as a wonderful tool to access your inner voice. Participants will use tools of visualization and meditation that are part of Jewish tradition. Due to the nature of the session, tickets will be limited to foster a sense of community. Materials to have on hand: Paper or a journal–you might already have an unused one, pen and/or pencil. To help you in your practice, you will receive my “Guidebook to Journaling” after the session.
