Siegal Lifelong Learning at CWRU will present a course on the impact of World War I on Jewish communities in the Russian Empire. The program will examine mass displacement, relief efforts, and the resulting changes to social and communal life. It will also explore how wartime networks shaped leadership and institutions in the interwar period and beyond.
