Jewish Values In Practice: Patience (Savlanut)

Hosted By: Stephen Wise Free Synagogue

What would it take for you to make real change in your life? Join Rabbi Sam Natov and Student Cantor Joe Flaxman for an ancient Jewish approach to mindfulness and self-exploration through story, song and teaching. Participants will find spiritual healing through discussion and practice as they work toward self-awareness empowerment, and personal growth. This first session will focus on patience (“savlanut” in Hebrew) — and using Jewish teachings to build the stamina to be more patient with those most important in our lives.
