Jewish Values In Practice: Kindness (Chessed)

Hosted By: Stephen Wise Free Synagogue

What would it take for you to make real change in your life? Join Rabbi Sam Natov and Student Cantor Joe Flaxman for an ancient Jewish approach to mindfulness and self-exploration through story, song and teaching. Participants will find spiritual healing through discussion and practice as they work toward self-awareness empowerment, and personal growth. In this session, Stephen Wise Free Synagogue will focus on kindness (“chessed” in Hebrew) — and use Jewish teachings to cultivate kindness in ourselves.
