In Her Own Words: A Conversation with Marion Wiesel

Hosted By: Moment Magazine

Marion Wiesel, who escaped an internment camp with her family during the Holocaust, is a translator, humanitarian and activist who marched for civil rights in the South. Wiesel, along with her husband Eli Wiesel, founded The Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity to fight indifference, intolerance, and injustice in the world, and the Beit Tzipora Centers to assist and educate Ethiopian refugees in Israel. She is a recipient of the 2001 U.S. Medal of Citizenship.

Wiesel will be in conversation with Moment Editor-in-Chief Nadine Epstein, editor of Elie Wiesel: An Extraordinary Life.
