Hosted By: Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Center for Studies in Jewish Education

The Mandel Center for Studies in Jewish Education at Brandeis University presents a session on how Israeli teachers have navigated their classrooms during an extended period of war and uncertainty, drawing on a longitudinal study that began three weeks after October 7. Scholars will share insights into teachers’ ethic of care and how they support students’ well-being amid crisis. This program is part of the Center’s “Learning About Learning” series, which features conversations with leading scholars of Jewish education.
