Hide & Seek: A Purim Kreplach Story with The Gefilteria

Hosted By: The Museum of Jewish Montreal

Join chefs and cultural activists Liz and Jeffrey from The Gefilteria in Brooklyn, NY for an interactive cooking experience. We’ll explore the oft-overlooked tradition of eating hidden foods on Purim and learn how to make an unexpected Purim delicacy from eastern Europe: kreplach, aka Jewish wontons.

We’ll prepare vegetarian versions of kreplach and enjoy it with a rich broth. Be prepared to cook along and be empowered to add your own flair.
