Embodied Jewish Yoga: Equanimity and Resting of the Body-Soul
Hosted By: Judaism Your Way
How can we bring Menuchat Hanefesh (equanimity of the soul) to an Embodied Practice? This phrase introduces the idea of resting the part of the soul that is closely connected to the body. In this yoga practice, we will experience the body as a home and dwelling place for the soul. We will learn how to listen to the body, nourish, and nurture the body as a holy vessel for the Divine.
