Join the Neustadt Jewish Arts, Authors, Movies and Music (JAAMM) Festival as they welcome celebrity chef, cookbook author, and restaurateur Einat Admony for a springtime cook-along!
Chef Einat will lead participants in three easy courses (chopped avocado and kohlrabi salad, chicken tagine and vegan malabi) for a light, fresh take on Israeli home cooking, using recipes featured in her recently-published cookbook, “Shuk: From Market to Table, the Heart of Israeli Home Cooking.”
