Hosted By: Bringing Israel Home

Bringing Israel Home

Join award-winning chef Michael Solomonov for his new digital series, “Bringing Israel Home.” Each Wednesday evening for 16 weeks, Chef Solomonov will bring Israel’s extraordinarily diverse and vibrant culinary landscape into people’s homes via weekly interviews with food and cultural figures in Israel, cooking both new and signature recipes live in his home kitchen, and through live conversation with viewers.

Watch the show each week to experience Israeli cuisine like you’ve never seen it before and cook a unique, new Israeli-inspired recipe along with this James Beard award-winning chef, right from your own kitchen.

Tune in every Wednesday night at 8:00 pm EST starting January 13th! Watch here.

Episode 1 Guide:

The series begins with Mike leading a conversation about the idea that cultural diversity is the beating heart of Israeli cuisine. Mike speaks with Ha’aretz food journalist Ronit Vered and Via Sabra founder and Israel tour guide Avihai Tsabari. They explore when immigration waves to Israel happened, how they occurred, and how this interplays with Palestinian cuisine.
