SUMMARY:Ben Sira\, Enoch\, and Jubilees: Jewish Texts at the Edge of the Canon
DESCRIPTION:The Community Scholar Program presents the third session in a series on ancient Jewish works that stood just outside the biblical canon. This session explores the Book of Jubilees\, a second-century BCE retelling of the Bible that reveals hidden teachings about the calendar\, the early life of Abraham\, and God’s plan for the Jewish people.
