Aging and Sage-ing® in the Four Worlds

Hosted By: Kabbalah Experience

Kabbalah Experience 8 Week Summer Course:

Aging and Sage-ing® in the Four Worlds: Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi taught to be mindful of maintaining balance in the Four Worlds as we grow in years and contribute our life experience and wisdom to the storehouse of the planet. This course will introduce the Kabbalistic Four Worlds – simply understood as body, feelings, mind and spirit – and then invite an exploration of one’s life to attune to each of these worlds and maintain them in the right tone, mood and attitude.
