A Gluten-Free Rosh Hashanah: Bake Kugel and Apple Cake

Hosted By: The Nosher

Ring in the Jewish new year with gluten-free deliciousness!

In this one-hour online class, chef and cookbook Micah Siva will guide you through baking a gluten-free kugel that tastes as good as any you’ve had, and a moist, not-too-sweet apple cake.

Can’t watch the class live? Don’t fret! All registrants will receive a recording of the class that won’t expire, along with the recipes.

About your teacher: Micah Siva is a trained chef, registered dietitian and cookbook author specializing in modern Jewish cuisine. After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute of Health & Culinary Arts, she pursued a career in nutrition, working for global brands and media outlets.
