Challah for Parashat Tetzaveh
Aaron's breastplate.
Every week, Julie Seltzer, artist and Torah scribe, bakes a challah depicting an aspect of the week's Torah portion.
And thou shalt make a breastplate of judgment…and thou shalt set in it settings of stones, four rows of stones, (Exodus 28: 15,17)
וְעָשִׂיתָ חשֶׁן מִשְׁפָּט…וּמִלֵּאתָ בוֹ מִלֻּאַת אֶבֶן, אַרְבָּעָה טוּרִים אָבֶן

All of these stones and the colors of the "gems" are accurate to the type of stone described in the Torah.
