What is a shofar? Well, literally it's a ram's horn that is hollowed out and sounded leading up to and on the Jewish New Year and High Holy Days. But what is its significance, its deeper meaning, and its spiritual value?

Jeremiah Lockwood, the lead singer of The Sway Machinery and an accomplished shofar-blower himself, explains.
