		<description>Tamar - I love your Hanukkah-themed Latke Crusted Quiche. I made it tonight with a few changes that worked out really well. When I make latkes I squeeze out the liquid in the grated potatoes by hand into a bowl. Then I pour off the liquid and mix the remaining potato starch (white clay like substance) into the grated potatoes. Works as a light binder. I also add a small bit of flour into the quiche mixture, about 1/4 cup, also as a light binder. This dish will join our annual Chanukah party menu - Thanks! Happy Chanukah!</description>
